Return Policy

At The Memory Box, every gift is made with thought, care, and a personal touch. Because our products are customized and subscription-based, our return policy is designed to reflect the nature of what we offer.

1. Customized Products

All customized or personalized items—including items created as part of a subscription box—are non-returnable and non-refundable unless:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • There is an error on our part (e.g., incorrect customization)

If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thememorybox.co with your order number and photos of the issue.

2. Cancellations

Before fulfillment: If you cancel your order before your gift box has been assembled or customized, we will issue a full refund.
After fulfillment begins: Once customization or packaging has started, we cannot offer refunds.
For subscription plans, cancellation will apply to future boxes and not retroactively to boxes already shipped or prepared.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packing and personalizing your order. If your box arrives damaged or contains the wrong items:

  • Contact us at contact@thememorybox.co within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos and a description of the issue
  • We will replace the item or send a corrected version free of charge, subject to availability
