The Memory Box Gift Service

We offer a variety of gift boxes tailored to different relationships with the departed.

  • Our Partner Packages were designed to support loved ones who are managing the loss of their most intimate relationships (spouses and partners)
  • Our Parent Packages were developed based on the grief journey of our founder, Kelly. These boxes support grieving parents navigating through the painful first year without their children. Additionally, this box can be tailored to provide comfort to young and adult children facing the loss of their parents.
  • Our Friends and Family Packages were built to meet the ongoing grief needs of anyone learning to live with a significant death.
  • Our Angel Baby Boxes were carefully crafted to support grieving mothers through the unique and often under-recognized pregnancy or stillbirth loss.

Customizing a gift box is simple!
Choose the “Custom Box” option on our website, then enter the name, dates of birth and death, and any desired quotes.  You may also upload up to three high-resolution photos. Add your selected items to the box, and we’ll handle the rest! You can also add a personalized message to make your gift extra special.

Yes!
During the checkout process, you’ll have the option to include a personalized message. We’ll print your message on a beautifully designed card and include it inside the gift box.

We offer several delivery options to suit your needs, including standard shipping and express shipping for the enrollment gift.  All other gifts will be delivered, using standard shipping, on or before the specified milestone date. You can select your preferred delivery method at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes or cancellations may not be possible once the order has been processed.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your gift box, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that personalized or custom items may not be eligible for returns. Refer to our Return Policy for full details.

Once your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or through the carrier’s website. 

Yes, you can send gift boxes to multiple recipients within a single order. Simply add the items to your cart, and during checkout, you can enter different shipping addresses for each recipient.
